Introduction to the Scandinavian Consumer Loan programme
- The Scandinavian Consumer Loan Program is a securitisation programme of Scandinavian consumer loans.
- Nordax is the Originator, Servicer and Cash Manager for all issues in the programme.
- SCL was closed on July 6, 2006. The underlying assets are constituted by a portfolio of Swedish unsecured consumer loans. SCL was called on June 15, 2011.
- SCL II was closed on July 5, 2011. The underlying assets are constituted by a portfolio of Norwegian unsecured consumer loans. SCL II was called on August 15, 2016.
- SCL III was closed on December 8, 2011. The underlying assets are constituted by a portfolio of Swedish unsecured consumer loans. SCL III was called on December 15, 2015.
- SCL IV was closed on June 5, 2014. The underlying assets are constituted by a portfolio of Norwegian unsecured consumer loans. SCL IV was called on June 15, 2017.
- SCL V was closed on November 5, 2015. The underlying assets are constituted by a portfolio of Swedish unsecured consumer loans. SCL V was called on November 15, 2018.
- SCL VI was closed on October 4, 2017. The underlying assets are constituted by a portfolio of Norwegian unsecured consumer loans. SCL VI was called on October 15, 2020.
- The programme targets institutional investors and aims to offer securitizations to the market regularly.
