NOBA Bank Group AB (publ) has a Euro Medium Term Note Programme (EMTN) with a total volume of EUR 1,5 billion that was established in Bank Norwegian ASA in 2019. Following the intra-group merger between NOBA Bank Group AB (publ) and Bank Norwegian ASA in November 2022, all of Bank Norwegian ASA’s rights and obligations (including in relation to its debt capital instruments) have been assumed by NOBA Bank Group AB (publ).
